Shipping Policy
We ship all our packages through our logistics partner Shiprocket. We offer free shipping across India on orders of ₹1,500 and above. For orders below ₹1,500 - a part of the shipping cost is borne by you and a part is borne by Indique.
Shipping rate structure:
- Order value < ₹1,500: Flat fee of ₹150
- Order value ≥ ₹1,500: Free shipping
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by location and generally take 2–10 working days. Please note that some PIN codes may be unserviceable due to courier limitations.
Deliveries
In-house/local deliveries: Orders handled by our in-house logistics team are dispatched within 3 working days and typically delivered soon after dispatch. For urgent or same-day delivery, an additional charge may apply - please inform us at the time of placing your order.
Rest of India: Orders outside our in-house delivery areas are managed by our logistics partners. Tracking details and courier partner information will be emailed to you upon dispatch. After dispatch, your account order-status page will reflect updates. You may also track your package directly on the courier partner’s website using the AWB/consignment number sent via email.

Local Pickup
Local pickup of goods is available at Noida office. Please call or whatsapp us with your requirements. We can offer same day delivery for most products.
