Return & Refund Policy

At Indique, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is created with care and follows strict quality standards to ensure you receive the very best. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, enjoyable and satisfying.

Because our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in texture, colour or size may occur, even within the same product. These natural variations are not considered defects; they are an inherent part of the handmade charm that makes each piece unique.

Returns & Replacements for Damaged / Defective Items

All products are packed using transit-safe packaging designed to withstand courier handling. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images of the issue.

Process:

  • We will arrange a pickup, typically within 2-3 working days.
  • Please include your order number on the package or attach the original invoice.
  • Once we receive the product and it passes our Quality Check, a replacement will be dispatched.

Important:
Claims for missing items must be supported with an unboxing video, recorded at the time of first opening the package. Unfortunately, we cannot process such claims without this video.

Refunds

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to arrange a return and process a refund.

Refund process:

  • Contact us with your order details and the reason for return.
  • We will organize a pickup from your address.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check.
  • Return courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund modes:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited directly to your original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunds will be issued via NEFT. Please provide your bank details via email or WhatsApp. Allow 5-6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellations

We understand plans can change. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours.
  • Orders not accepted at the time of delivery will be treated as returns.
  • Undelivered packages due to incorrect address, PIN code, or phone number will be considered returns. Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting both-way shipping charges.
  • For repeated COD non-acceptance, Indique reserves the right to refuse future orders.
